Submission is closed now. Authors will be notified by May 15, 2006 whether their submission is accepted for inclusion in the XIME-P 2006 program. Thank you for your contributions!

The submission deadline for XIME-P 2006 has been postponed by one week. New submission deadline: Monday, April 10, 2006.

Mar 21, 2006:
Paper submission is open! (Use New User Registration to obtain a login and password for the submission site.)

Jan 20, 2006:
XIME-P 2006 will be run as an ACM supported workshop, collocated with SIGMOD 2006.

Dec 6, 2005:
Don Chamberlin, a lead of the W3C XQuery Working Group will give the XIME-P 2006 keynote speech.

The XIME-P 2006 Program

The XIME-P 2006 program features a lively mixture of 7 talks, discussions, 11 system demos, and a concluding panel. A keynote address by Don Chamberlin of IBM Almaden — a lead of the W3C XQuery Working Group — resumes the program after the workshop lunch (included in registration). Program details are below.

XIME-P 2006 is held all-day on Friday, June 30, 2006. The workshop location is the Riviere Ballroom D (3rd floor) in the Renaissance Chicago Hotel, i.e., the SIGMOD 2006 conference hotel.

Workshop Registration

XIME-P 2006 is held in cooperation with ACM SIGMOD 2006. You can register for the workshop via the SIGMOD registration process (online or offline).

Registration rates are shown below. The rates are unaffected by the SIGMOD 2006 early bird registration deadline. Note that you can upgrade an existing SIGMOD 2006 registration to include XIME-P 2006. Workshop-only registration is possible as well.
